The standard equation of circle when center is (h,k) and radius is 'r'

[tex] \left ( x - h \right )^{2} + \left ( y - k \right )^{2} = r^{2} [/tex]

h = 2 and k = - 5, radius = 16

So equation of the circle is given by

[tex] \left ( x - 2 \right )^{2} + \left ( y - (-5) \right )^{2} = 16^{2} [/tex]

[tex] \left ( x - 2 \right )^{2} + \left ( y + 5) \right )^{2} = 256 [/tex]
