[tex]\frac{38}{9} x = \frac{19}{27}[/tex]

[tex](27)\frac{38}{9} x = \frac{19}{27}(27)[/tex]

3(38)x = 19

      [tex]x = \frac{19}{3(38)}[/tex]

      [tex]x = \frac{1}{3(2)}[/tex]    

      [tex]x = \frac{1}{6}[/tex]  

Answer: [tex]x = \frac{1}{6}[/tex]
