The slope-intercept form:

[tex]y=mx+b[/tex]

m - slope

b - y-intercept → (0, b).

We have the points (4, 7) and (0, 7) → b = 7.

Calculate the slope:

[tex]m=\dfrac{7-7}{0-4}=\dfrac{0}{-4}=0[/tex]

Therefore we have [tex]y=0x+7=7[/tex]

The standard form: [tex]Ax+By=C[/tex]

Answer: y = 7.

It's a horizontal line.
