Sarcasm is when you want to mock someone or hurt them by word choice or attitude. Satire exposes one's stupidity.

Explanation:

Sarcasm example : Joseph missed hitting the ball. "Great hit joseph!" Said belle.

Satire Example : A camera man filming people. A man says dont shoot.
