The Ratio of perimeter of two similar triangle = 3 : 5

The height of larger triangle = 12 meters

The height of smaller triangle = h meters

Since The Triangle is similar than

[tex]\frac{perimeter of larger triangle}{perimeter of smaller triangle}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{12}{h}[/tex]

Or, [tex]\frac{3}{4}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{12}{h}[/tex]

Or , h = [tex]\frac{48}{3}[/tex]

∴    h = 16 meter
