The equation of line is [tex]y = \frac{1}{3}x -3[/tex]

SOLUTION:

Given, We have to write an equation that goes through (3,-2) and y intercept of -3.

Now, we know that, a line equation in slope intercept form is y = mx + b. where

m is slope  

b is y – intercept.
