Well you could simplify the fraction(s) in question to their smallest form (where you can’t divide anymore without getting decimal answers) and see if they are equal to 1/4.

For example 2/8, you can divide both sides by 2 to simplify to 1/4, thus 2/8 is equivalent to 1/4.
