If the hypotenuse and a leg of one right triangle are congruent to the hypotenuse and a leg of another right triangle, then the right triangles are congruent.

Yes, because according to the Pythagorean theorem a squared + b squared = c squared.

In simpler terms, triangles have to have at least 2 legs = to be congruent to each other.
