First you divide 100 by the denominator, which in this case, is 9. Whatever number you get, you multiply that by the numerator, which is 4. I got -15.444444. The 4 repeats.

Answer:

-15.44...

Step-by-step explanation:

Well the -15 is a whole number so it stays on the left of the decimal. Then you divide 4 by 9 and get 0.4444...  Lastly you just add them together.

Hope this helps!
