Answer: the degree of superheat is 95.91 °C

Explanation:

Given that;

Pressure P = 10 bar

Specific enthalpy h = 3000 kJ/kg

Now we take a look at the saturated steam table at Pressure ⇒ 10 bar

we have; T_sat = 179.88 °C

Also, From superheated steam table, at Pressure P = 10 bar

and Specific enthalpy h = 3000 kJ/kg;

we get; T = 275.79 °C

Hence, Degree of superheat = T - T_sat

= 275.79 °C - 179.88 °C

= 95.91 °C

Therefore, the degree of superheat is 95.91 °C
