We have been given an equation 5(x-10) = 30 -15x

we will solve left hand side by opening the parenthesis we will get 5x -50 on left hand side of the equation finally our equation will become

5x - 50 =30 -15x

Taking terms with variables at one side  and constant on the other side we will get

5x+15x = 30+50

After solving above equation we will get

20x=80

Hence, x=4

Therefore, Option 2 is correct
