Using Hooke's Law:

[tex]F = kx[/tex]

F = force (N)

k = Spring Constant (N/m)

x = displacement from equilibrium (m)

Plug in the given values:

25 = k(0.25)

25 = 0.25k

Solve for k:

25/0.25 = k

k = 100 N/m
