The correct answer of the question is x(√3xy)/y .

We have to rationalize the denominator of the expression √36 x³/√12y ,

where x and y are positive.

√36 x³/√12y

= √36 x³/√12y × √12y/√12y

= 6√(x³ × 12y)/√(12y × 12y)

= 6√(x³12y)/12y

= √(12x³y)/2y

= √(2 × 2 × 3 × x × x × y)/2y

= 2x√(3xy)/2y

= x(√3xy)/y

The answer is x(√3xy)/y .
