the reason why soviet leaders suspicious of capitalist nations is : because the soviet leaders accepted Lenin's theory that capitalist countries would try to destroy communism.
But the irony is, the one that destroy the soviet union was the communism itself because it gave too much power to the government and bring misery and suffering to the people.
