Find the standard equation of a parabola with a vertex of (-3,1)

1. Parabola's equation is y = a(x + b)^2 + c, where (b, c) is the vertex.
2. We have y = a(x - 3)^2 + 1
3. Take everything to the left side:
-a(x - 3)^2 + y - 1 = 0
