The hydroxide ion concentration = 4.3 X 10^-4 M

so we will calculate pOH first

pOH = -log[OH-] = - log (4.3 X 10^-4) = 3.37

we know that

pH +pOH = 14

so pH = 14-3.37 = 10.63
