A box contains 99 green marbles and 1717 white marbles. If the first marble chosen was a white marble, what is the probability of choosing, without replacement, another white marble?

Out of 100% there is a possibility of 95% choosing a white marble since there are more white marbles than green marble there is a much higher possibility. 
There is only a 5% of the marble being green.
