Several Governments limited civil and individuals rights such as freedom of press and speech. The US specifically created internment
camps for Japanese and Japanese descent citizens and subjected them to detention and seizure of property without due process. It is also against war morality principles to bomb civilians as it happened with the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
